Using our store

Tru Natur Foods Pvt. Ltd. operates this online store for the sale of clean-label groceries in India. You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login (mobile number and OTP) secure.
• You agree to provide accurate delivery and contact information.
• We may suspend accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive activity.

Orders & acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when the order is dispatched. We may cancel an order — with a full refund — if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or undeliverable to your location.

Pricing & payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We accept UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, and cash on delivery where available.
• Discounts and coupons are subject to their individual terms and may be withdrawn at any time.

Delivery, returns & refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy. Please review both — they form part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

We take great care with every product, but to the extent permitted by law our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
