Delivery coverage

We currently deliver to over 19,000 pincodes across India. Enter your pincode on any product page or in the banner at the top of the site to confirm serviceability and estimated delivery time for your area.

Delivery timelines

• Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): 1–2 business days.
• Tier-2 cities and towns: 2–4 business days.
• Remote and North-East pincodes: 4–7 business days.
• Express delivery, where available, is delivered within 2 hours of order confirmation.

Delivery slots

At checkout you can choose a Morning (7 AM – 12 PM) or Evening (2 PM – 8 PM) slot at no extra cost. Express delivery (within 2 hours) is available in select metro pincodes for a flat ₹49.

Shipping charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹499.
• A flat ₹49 shipping fee applies to orders below ₹499.
• Perishables and cold-chain items may carry a small handling fee, shown transparently at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an SMS and email with a live tracking link. You can also track every order from the "My Orders" section of your account.

Packaging

We ship in recyclable, plastic-minimal packaging. Fragile items such as oils and honey are cushioned to prevent leaks. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours for a free replacement.
