Our promise
We want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not satisfied with the quality of a product, you can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery — no complicated forms, no restocking fees.
What can be returned
- Sealed, unopened non-perishable items in their original packaging.
- Any item that arrived damaged, leaked, or was delivered incorrectly.
- Perishables or opened food items only if there is a genuine quality or freshness issue.
How to raise a return
- Go to "My Orders" in your account and select the order.
- Choose "Return or report an issue" and tell us what went wrong (a photo helps for damaged items).
- Our team reviews requests within 24 hours and arranges a free pickup where applicable.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, or instantly to your Tru Natur Wallet if you prefer. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded to your wallet or via bank transfer.
Non-returnable items
- Products marked "final sale" or purchased with a clearance discount.
- Opened perishables without a quality issue.
- Items returned after the 7-day window.
