Metro cities: 1–2 business days. Tier-2 towns: 2–4 days. Remote pincodes: 4–7 days. Express delivery (within 2 hours) is available in select metros.

You’ll get an SMS and email with a tracking link once your order ships. You can also track it any time from "My Orders" in your account.

Shipping is free on orders above ₹499. Below that, a flat ₹49 applies.

UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and cash on delivery where available. Online payments are secured by Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant).

Every product gets a 0–10 score based purely on its ingredients: whole foods earn points, additives lose them. If a product can’t score well honestly, we don’t sell it.

Many are certified organic — where they are, we show the certification body and number on the product page. We never use vague "natural" claims without proof.

Storage guidance is listed on each product page. Cold-pressed oils may solidify in winter — that’s natural; gently warm the bottle to restore it.
