Tru Natur began with a simple frustration: we couldn’t find everyday groceries whose labels we actually believed. So we built them.
How it started
In 2023, a small team in Pune started reading grocery labels obsessively — and kept finding the same story: hidden additives, vague “natural” claims, and ingredient lists longer than the recipe. The food that looked healthiest often hid the most.
We decided to do the opposite of the industry. Instead of hiding ingredients, we score them. Instead of stretching shelf life with chemicals, we ship fresh and fast. Instead of buying the cheapest bulk commodity, we partner with farms that grow food the honest way.
Today every product we sell passes our Clean Label Scorecard — a transparent 0–10 rating based purely on its ingredients. If a product can’t score well honestly, we don’t stock it.

Farmer-first sourcing
We buy directly from small farms and cooperatives at fair prices, cutting out middlemen so growers earn more and you get fresher food.
Real food, minimally processed
Stone-ground, cold-pressed, sun-dried, hand-churned. We favour traditional methods that keep nutrition and flavour intact.
